General Terms and Conditions
1. When a hotel room is booked, confirmed or made available at short notice (in writing, by phone or verbally), a guest accommodation contract is concluded.
2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contractual partners to fulfil the mutual obligations for the entire duration of the contract.
2.a. The host's obligation is to keep the room available according to the booking.
2.b. The guest's obligation is to pay the price for the duration of the room booking.
3. If a guest does not utilise the booked room, they remain legally obliged to pay the price for the agreed hotel service, regardless of the reason for not using the room. Only actual savings by the business must be deducted.
4. The business savings from the agreed price are as follows, 4.a. Overnight stay with breakfast 20%
4.b. Overnight stay with half board 30%
4.c. Overnight stay with full board 40%
5. If the host is able to reassign the unutilised room, the guest's obligation to pay is waived to the extent of the additional revenue obtained for that period.
6. The host is entitled to payment for all services before the guest's departure.
7 The place of jurisdiction is Titisee-Neustadt, as services from the guest accommodation contract are to be rendered at the location of the business, even in the event of non-utilisation of the room.
